The Customer has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt to return ordered items either for a refund or for an exchange. Only items returned on time, in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn may be exchanged.

Each exchange or return must be accompanied by your telephone number as well as your wish for an exchange. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must organize transport by their own means.
In the event of a return, and after receipt of the goods by JABADOR MAROC, the customer will be reimbursed within 10 days.
Cases or products can be exchanged:
– Ordered size error (delivered size different from the ordered size)
– Error in the color ordered (color delivered different from the size ordered)
Cases or products can be refunded:
– Error in size or color ordered followed by out of stock
– In the aforementioned cases, the products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
Reimbursement will be made by payment or bank transfer.
Products on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
